Ratcheous Does Custom!

If you have something in mind that you want us to put on a shirt/hoodie/sweatshirt, send us a message, and we'll respond immediately. After we make contact and you let us know what you are looking for, we will start your design process. After you approve the design and pay your invoice, production will begin. If you have pictures of what you want, please email them to us so we can reference them when creating your design. Custom orders are 100% non-refundable and will take 2-3 weeks to complete from the design process to completion. Errors that are Ratcheous Wear's fault will be remade at no cost to you. Any errors that are not Ratcheous Wear's fault will be invoiced and require payment before re-production begins. It is extremely important that you answer any queries or requests we have so the production process is not delayed any longer. Payments for custom orders are due immediately and upfront. Delay in payment will delay production!
