Orders are processed within 2-5 business days(this is the time it takes for your order to be prepared before shipping). In some instances it could take longer. We will update and send a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped out.

All products are handmade, therefore, if you need to cancel an order there is a 3 hour window from the time the order is placed in which you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel after the 3 hour window you will only receive a store credit for the amount of your purchase. If during the order process, you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Custom orders are expected to be paid in full before any work is started. There are no refunds on custom orders and reproduction will only be provided on merchandise that has a manufacturer defect. It is imperative that you have the right sizes as incorrect size is not considered a manufacturer defect.

Exchanges or store credit may be made in the event of product defectiveness; exchange tag must be attached and merchandise unworn and unwashed.
